Personal training provides individualized coaching designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, increase confidence, and move with greater ease in everyday life. Each session is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle with a strong focus on proper movement, injury prevention, and sustainable progress.

60 Minute Session

Senior Personal Training Age 65+

Senior training focuses on strength, balance, mobility, and brain health to support independence and confidence in daily activities. Sessions are personalized, supportive, and safety-focused — helping improve stability, prevent falls, and enhance overall quality of life while keeping movement enjoyable and approachable.

Youth Personal Training Age 8-13

Youth personal training focuses on building strength, coordination, confidence, and healthy movement habits in a fun and supportive environment. Sessions emphasize body awareness, age-appropriate strength, balance, and athletic development while helping kids and teens develop confidence, resilience, and a positive relationship with movement.

 

Single 45 Minute Session

Small Group/Semi Private Personal Training

Semi-private training offers individualized coaching within a supportive small group environment. Ideal for partners, friends, spouses, or small groups looking for accountability, affordability, and a fun shared training experience without sacrificing personal attention.

Single 60 Minute Session

Home Programming

Home programming provides personalized workouts you can follow independently between sessions or on your own schedule. Programs may be delivered in written format or with video guidance to ensure clarity, confidence, and proper technique — helping you stay consistent, build strength, and continue progressing wherever you are.

Written Programs

  • Single: $8

  • 8 pack: $56

Video-Guided Programs

  • Single: $12

  • 4 pack: $44

  • 8 pack: $84

A biweekly in-person or virtual session is required with all home programming to ensure proper progression, technique, and support.

Personal Training + Nutrition Coaching Package

This combined approach supports both movement and nourishment to help you build strength, improve energy, and create sustainable habits. Training sessions are paired with realistic nutrition guidance focused on balanced meals, adequate protein, and simple strategies that fit your lifestyle — helping you feel stronger, recover better, and make lasting progress without restrictive dieting.

 

Sessions are scheduled twice per week for 4 consecutive weeks to create consistency, build momentum, and reinforce both movement and nutrition habits together.

This structured approach allows for increased accountability, faster progress, and ongoing support between sessions.

In-Home Training Travel Policy

Travel is included for clients within 20 miles of Luna Fitness & Wellness.

For locations beyond 20 miles, the following travel fees apply:

  • 21–30 miles: +$10

  • 31–40 miles: +$20

  • 41–50 miles: +$30

  • 51–60 miles: +$50

Locations beyond 60 miles may be accommodated based on scheduling availability.

Travel fees may be reduced or waived when sessions are scheduled back-to-back in the same area.

Personal Training Packages

Training packages support consistency, accountability, and long-term progress while offering a small savings compared to single-session scheduling.

Personal Training (1:1)

  • 6 sessions: $240

  • 8 sessions: $320

Senior Training (1:1)

  • 6 sessions: $180

  • 8 sessions: $240

Semi Private/Group (2-4 people)

  • 6 sessions: $200 per person

  • 8 sessions: $260 per person

Package & Scheduling Policies

Package Expiration
Training packages are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. This helps support consistency, progress, and scheduling availability.

If illness, injury, or unexpected circumstances arise, extensions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice
