This energizing full-body class blends strength training, cardio, core work, flexibility, and mobility using dumbbells, resistance loops, and bodyweight exercises. Every session is delivered in a varied and fun format—including circuits, superblocks, Tabata, EMOM, and more—so you stay engaged, challenged, and excited to move each week.
Designed for all fitness levels and ages, each class includes progressions and regressions to support your individual needs. Throughout the 8-week session, you’ll also enjoy dedicated recovery, flexibility, and mobility classes to help reduce stiffness, improve movement quality, and support long-term strength and joint health.
