A focused 3-week training option for those who can only commit to one day per week. You’ll still build strength, improve movement quality, and participate in the structured station-based workouts with foundational lifts and fun cardio finishers. Perfect if your schedule only allows for Mondays. Includes 3 total sessions.

Spring Reset: Strong Foundations is a 3-week small group training series with limited full-session spots to allow for more personalized coaching, progress tracking, and journal distribution. Full-session participants (Mondays + Wednesdays) receive priority access to progress tracker journals and the full progression experience. Single-day participants (Monday or Wednesday only) are welcome as space allows and may have limited access to journals depending on availability. Drop-in registration is available only if space permits. Because this is a structured program built around weekly progressions, refunds are not available once the session begins. If you need to miss a class, please reach out and I will do my best to help with options. Thank you for helping keep this program organized and supportive for everyone involved!
