Service Description

A 3-week small group training series designed to help you build strength, improve foundational movement patterns, and track real progress. This program includes repeating key lifts each week, station-based strength training, personalized coaching, and a progress tracker journal to log weights, reps, and improvements. More like personal training in a small group setting, this series bridges the gap between group fitness and individualized coaching. Includes all Monday and Wednesday classes (6 total sessions).

Cancellation Policy

Spring Reset: Strong Foundations is a 3-week small group training series with limited full-session spots to allow for more personalized coaching, progress tracking, and journal distribution. Full-session participants (Mondays + Wednesdays) receive priority access to progress tracker journals and the full progression experience. Single-day participants (Monday or Wednesday only) are welcome as space allows and may have limited access to journals depending on availability. Drop-in registration is available only if space permits. Because this is a structured program built around weekly progressions, refunds are not available once the session begins. If you need to miss a class, please reach out and I will do my best to help with options. Thank you for helping keep this program organized and supportive for everyone involved!
