Equipment needed: A mat and two sets of dumbells- one lighter set for upper body and one heavier set for lower body. Perfect for those looking for an affordable, flexible option with drop-in availability, or for anyone who wants a strong, effective workout earlier in the evening. A great way to build confidence, stay accountable, and keep strength training simple and sustainable.
