Service Description

**Friday Full-Body Fitness – 6 Week Session** Build strength, improve endurance, and move better with this fun and supportive full-body fitness class designed for a variety of fitness levels. Each workout combines strength training, cardio, core, balance, and mobility using a mix of circuits, stations, supersets, timed intervals, and other creative formats to keep classes challenging and engaging. This class focuses on functional movement and total-body fitness while offering modifications as needed so participants can work at their own level and progress over time. The 6-week summer session runs Fridays at 5:30am from June 12 – July 17. If you miss a class, you’ll receive the workout video recording so you can complete it on your own time.

Cancellation Policy

Spring Reset: Strong Foundations is a 3-week small group training series with limited full-session spots to allow for more personalized coaching, progress tracking, and journal distribution. Full-session participants (Mondays + Wednesdays) receive priority access to progress tracker journals and the full progression experience. Single-day participants (Monday or Wednesday only) are welcome as space allows and may have limited access to journals depending on availability. Drop-in registration is available only if space permits. Because this is a structured program built around weekly progressions, refunds are not available once the session begins. If you need to miss a class, please reach out and I will do my best to help with options. Thank you for helping keep this program organized and supportive for everyone involved!
