**Monday + Friday Full-Body Fitness Sessions** Looking for consistency, accountability, and a fun way to stay active this summer? The Monday 6pm + Friday 5:30am option gives you the best overall value and results by combining both weekly classes into one flexible full-body fitness program. Classes include a mix of strength training, cardio, core, balance, and mobility using a variety of formats including circuits, stations, supersets, timed intervals, and more. Workouts are designed to improve functional strength, endurance, and overall fitness while remaining approachable for a variety of fitness levels. This option is ideal for those looking to: * Build strength and consistency * Improve energy and endurance * Stay accountable through the summer * Move better and feel stronger Modifications are always offered, and a supportive, encouraging environment is a top priority. If you miss a class, you’ll receive the workout video recording so you can complete it on your own schedule.

Cancellation Policy
Spring Reset: Strong Foundations is a 3-week small group training series with limited full-session spots to allow for more personalized coaching, progress tracking, and journal distribution. Full-session participants (Mondays + Wednesdays) receive priority access to progress tracker journals and the full progression experience. Single-day participants (Monday or Wednesday only) are welcome as space allows and may have limited access to journals depending on availability. Drop-in registration is available only if space permits. Because this is a structured program built around weekly progressions, refunds are not available once the session begins. If you need to miss a class, please reach out and I will do my best to help with options. Thank you for helping keep this program organized and supportive for everyone involved!
