Service Description
**Monday Full-Body Fitness – 6 Week Session** Start your week feeling stronger, energized, and accomplished with this fun and supportive full-body fitness class. Workouts combine strength training, cardio, core, balance, and mobility using a variety of formats including circuits, stations, supersets, timed intervals, and more. Classes are designed to improve functional strength, endurance, and overall fitness while remaining approachable for a variety of fitness levels. Modifications are always offered, making this class a great fit whether you’re returning to exercise, maintaining your fitness, or looking for a new challenge. This 6-week summer session runs Mondays from June 8 – July 20 (no class 6/15). If you miss a class, you’ll receive the workout video recording so you can complete it on your own time.

Cancellation Policy
Spring Reset: Strong Foundations is a 3-week small group training series with limited full-session spots to allow for more personalized coaching, progress tracking, and journal distribution. Full-session participants (Mondays + Wednesdays) receive priority access to progress tracker journals and the full progression experience. Single-day participants (Monday or Wednesday only) are welcome as space allows and may have limited access to journals depending on availability. Drop-in registration is available only if space permits. Because this is a structured program built around weekly progressions, refunds are not available once the session begins. If you need to miss a class, please reach out and I will do my best to help with options. Thank you for helping keep this program organized and supportive for everyone involved!
